A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CI'CY OF T.,YNWOOD APPROVING THE CONSULTANT
SEl_,EC'rION AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR. TO
EXECUTE AN ARCHITECTURAL AGREEMEN'1' FOR THE
'CR.ANSI'r/COMMUNITY CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal was sent; out to
architectural firms and advertised in the press; and.
WHEREAS, six proposals were received and reviewed, and
the architects ranked in the following order:
1. Archiplan iJrban Design Col].aborarive
2. E. C. Barker & Assoc.'s, Architects AIA/Ho1.Lier, Inc.
3. Hanes Menser Architects, AIA, Inc.
4. Henry Woo Architect & Associates
5. Siegel Skl:~rek Diamond, AIA Architects
6. Wi_don Wein Cohen./Barnett

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 7. The City Council approves the selection of
Archiplan Urban Design Collaborative of Los Angeles, to provide
architectural services for the `transit/Community R.ehabilitati_on
Project.
Section 2. That the Mayor be authorized i;o execute a
agreement with the consultant.
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.

April 1988..
