A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITI' OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE ATLANTIC AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT, BETWEEN CENTURY BOULEVARD AND BEECHWOOD AVENUE

WHEREAS, on November 3, 1987, the City Council awarded.
a construction contract to Sully Miller Contracting Company of
Long Beach, California; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on January 13,
1988, and completed on March 11, 1988.
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project grid found thaF, it
was completed in accordance faith plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is X305,083.92.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Tlrat the City of Lynwood accept the
Atlantic Avenue Reconstruction Project, between Century Boulevard
and Beechwood Avenue, as being completed. in accordance with
contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall. become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of
