A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FOR DEDICAT:LON
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AND ABANDONMENT OF EYiST.INC
UTILITY EASEMENT AT THE LYNWOOD TOWNE CEN'PER
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best
interest of the City shall be served by the abandonment of the
existing utility easements within the Lynwood Tocane Center as
shown on Exhibit 1.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
has determined that the easements as shown on Exhibit 2,
Exhibit, :3 and Exhibit 4 are necessary for the corrveni.ence,
welfare, and safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined Y,hat the best
interest of the City shall be served by the accept;ante of said
easements within the hyntaood Towne Center, and.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BI' THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF L,YNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council abandon the
utility easement as described on Exhibit 1.
Section 2. The City Council accepts the
utility easement as described on Exhibit 2.
~~ Section 3. The City Council accepts the
l easements for access as described on Exhibit 3.
Section 4. The City Council accepts the
dedication of street easements as described on Exhibit 4.
Section 5. This resolution shall become
effective immediately upon its adoption.
