A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD VACATING AND
ABANDONING OF ALLEI' EASEMENT P'OR
PUBLIC PURPOSES AS SHOWN ON PARCEL
MAP NO. 17149
WHEREAS, i.t has been determined that the best
interest of the City shall be served by the abandondment of
said easements as shown on Parcel. Map No. 17149.
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 17149 has been analyzed.
and approved by the City of Lynwood Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with all the
Engineering Division improvement requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNW'OOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the
abandonment of easements, so designated. on Parcel Map No.
17149.

Section 2. This 'reso.lution shall become
effective immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of
April 1988.
