A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 REGARDING SPECIAL
COMPENSATION FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT SUPERVISOR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted
Resolution No. 86-90 which includes a salary schedule for Fiscal
Year 1987-88; and
WHEREAS, the salary schedule includes compensation for the
Code Enforcement Officer class; and
WHEREAS, activities generated by the Code Enforcement
program require a greater degree of responsibility than
originally designated for the Code Enforcement Officer; and
WHEREAS, a Code Enforcement Officer is currently assuming
that responsibility.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, order, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend the Special Assignment Compensation salary
schedule for Fiscal Year 87-88 to add the following rate:
Code Enforcement Officer $ 69.23
$150.00 month
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
