A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR
F.Y. 1987-88 REGARDING SPECIAL COMPENSATION
FOR REHABILITATION FINANCE COUNSELOR

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
adopted Resolution No. 86-90 which includes a salary schedule for
Fiscal Year 1987-88; and
WHEREAS, the salary schedule includes compensation for the
Rehabilitation Clerk class; and
WHEREAS, activities generated by the Rehabilitation
Division require a greater degree of responsibility than
originally designated for the Rehabilitation Clerk class; and
WHEREAS, a Rehabilitation Clerk is currently assuming that
responsibility.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, order, determine and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Amend the Special Assignment Compensation
salary schedule for F.Y. 87-88 to add the following rate:
Rehabilitation Finance Counselor 92.31
200.00 mo.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effecive
immediately upon its adoption.
