A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN ANU
MANAGEMENT SALARY SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE THE POSITION
OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee
Classification and Position Plan and amended same as needed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a salary
resolution with salary schedules including a management salary schedule; and
WHEREAS, the required job analysis has been completed and the classifi-
cation statement prepared on that basis; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Board has recommended the new classification; and
IdHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has reviewed the proposed
action and approves same;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification and Position Plan to include
the classification of Director of Finance.
SPrti on 7. Amend the management salary schedule to include the title of
Director of Finance at the level of 9M.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of Apr?-1 , 1988.
