A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO NEW KUSTOM
HR-12 HANDHELD RADAR UNITS
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of maintaining
safe streets for its residents through the enforcement of
existing traffic laws and
1 WHEREAS, the City's two existing radar units are in
need of replacement due to age and technological obsolescence.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council of the City
of Lynwood does hereby find, order, proclaim and resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
hereby authorized to make the following additional
appropriations:

SECTION 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
