A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND IN ORDER TO
UTILIZE THE SERVICES OF RALPH ANDERSEN & ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the position of
~ Director of Finance, and
I
WHEREAS, the City wishes to obtain the best qualified
candidate to fill the position, and
WHEREAS, Ralph Andersen & Associates is a reputable
executive search firm which can assist the City in filling the
Director of Finance position, and
WHEREAS, funds need to be appropriated for this
purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council of the City
of Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as
follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following additional appropriation:
