Clerk Wi' Mayor Regular meeting I May 3 1932 Mayor VanBuskirk called the meeting to order at 8:15 P.M. Roll call showed the following members present: Anderson, Ccrdill, Molander,Peterson and Venable. Absent McIntyre. The minutes of the adjourned meeting of April 11 were read and approved as re ad . A communication from the Foundation for Research asked for a sample of the Town water to test for flourine which causes brown stain on childern's t -eth. This had been mailed. A letter from R.C.Dickens asked for a meter refund on the re- ceipt which he Bent. and this had also been sent to him. a communication from the Grisby Investment Co. of Pueblo stated that some of the Town Bonds could be bought at par. It was decided not to buy at present so as not to loose the interest falling due at the first of July. The water works committee reported on the Dooling-Wykert waster line dispute that ? r.Wvkert did not care to do any thing about the matter. and it was decided to leave it to the Judiciary committee and that they should consult the Town Attv.as to what the respond- sibility of the Town would be in this matter. The question o: selling the old bldg. on the Town lots was left to the Bldg.& Imp. Committee as was the price to be placed on the old planks at the sane place. The . .Corm.was asked to investigate the condition of the Town well and theamount of water in it. The clerk was asked to write the State Utilities Comm. about raising the mintmumyouf water used by individuals without raising the rate .
