~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD TO ADOPT A TENAtdT ASSISTANCE
POLICY FOR REHABILITATION OF REDITAL PROPERTY
WITH HUD FUNDS
WHEREAS, under Federal Regulations, cities that participate
in the HUD funded Rental Rehabilitation Program are required to
have a tenant assistance policy; and
WHEREAS, the City has applied to HUD for funds to operate a
Rental Rehabilitation Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Approve and adopt the attached tenant
assistance policy for the City's Rental Rehabilitation Program.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED the 3ra,day of T1ay
1988.
