LUM Regular meeting (Continued)June 7 1932
Cordill moved,Cordill seconded:That Mr.Rossilon's statement made
before the judiciary committee that he had sold his right to the
town water through the pipes then running into the house bought
by r. Dooling, to Mr. Dooling. A11 voted aye at roll call. Mr. Tegtmann
and Smith were wittness.
Cordill moved,Peterson seconded:That the bill of the Odd Fellow
Realty Co.not be a1lewed.Motion carried upon roll call.
The following bills were read by the finance committee and

In t' -e, absence of the Mayor T.H.Peterson Mayor Pro-tem called
the meeting to order at 8:00 P. .
Anderson,Cordill,Molander,pBerson & McInvtre answered present.

After some discussion about oiling main street and how it should
be paid for,Cordill moved,Molander eeconded:That the Board ask the
Co.Comm.to oil the balance of the two business blocks including
th in- ersections,'-egining at the pa -red highway and extending to
the Park corner while they are oiling Highway 414. All present voted
ave upon roll call.

Regular Meeting
July 5 1932
The meeting was called to order by Mayor VanBuskirk at 8:20 P.M.
Anderson, Cordill,Molan.der,Mclntyre & Peterson answered present at
roll call.Venable absent.
The minutes of the regular meeting of June 7 and special meeting
of June 27 were read and approved as read.
A communication from the Motn--Mower Co.W98 read as also was a
letter from the State Corapensatbon Fund but as they needed no action
they were tabled.
The Bldg.& Imp. Comm. reported that they thought the Town should
not buy a building at this time.
McIntyre moved, Cordill seconded:That the proposed ordinance
regulating to speed rules be read the seconded tiabt by the clerk and
be disignateci. as Oridinance No.96.All present voted aye upon roll call.
McIntyre moved,Molander seconded:That the rules be suppended and
Ordinance No.96 be read by number and title the third time and
placed upon final passage and ordered published as such. All present
voted aye upon roll cailVenable absent.
Cordill moved,Molander seconded:That the matter of the approaches
at the alleys behind the Farmers National Bank and Taylor's store
be left to the S.& A.Cornm.to be taken care cf.Upon roll call all
voted aye.
