BE IT AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the

be and are hereby designated as the official depositories of the Borough of
Carteret and that checks for the payment of money upon said official
depositories, be signed on behalf of the Borough of Cmieret by the Mayor,
Municipal Clerk and the Borough Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect
immediately.
Adopted this 2nd day of January, 2005
and celiified as a true copy of the
original on January 3, 2005.
