CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, AUGUST 3, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the August 3, 2020 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:48 P.M.
to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Lester, Schreiber, Vogt,
and Ward
Absent: Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Graham will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Mayor Tergin will request a motion to amend the agenda, adding item 4(c.), a Cole
County Health Department update from the department director, Kristi Campbell on
COVID-19.
- Hal Dulle and Don Hentges will be in attendance to present a check for the Veteran’s
Plaza Renovation. As part of the request to amend the agenda, the motion will
include moving pending bill 2020-006 related to the Veteran’s Plaza to item 4(a.).

- There were no questions on the consent agenda items.
Councilmember Wiseman arrived at the meeting at 5:51 P.M.
