AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO RETURN FUNDS BACK TO THE STATE OF MISSOURI
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO CLOSE OUT THE U.S. HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund
$78,805.90 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
