AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE FISCAL
YEAR 2019-2020 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY
SUPPLEMENTALLY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR GAP FINANCING UNDER THE
BLIGHT REMOVAL FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE HOUSING AUTHORITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS.-

OLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund
$50,357.60 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto, to be utilized for the purpose of gap
financing for the East Capitol Redevelopment Project under the Blight Removal Funding
Agreement with the Housing Authority acting as the Land Clearance for Redevelopment
Authority.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
