Cordill moved,Anderson seconded.:To allow the bills and instruct the
clerk to draw warrants on the Tretasurer for the amounts. A11 voted
eve upon roll call.
The following resolution was presented:
Whereas : It is evident to the Town council that the county of Weld
i s, aocording to its present popul aticn, TJein r deniedits just tepre-=
s entation in the State legieiattre, and
Whereas The result of this unfair condition is taxation without
groper or e ual representation, c
New therefore be it,
Resolved.: That the Town Board of the Town of Ault Colorado go on
record as favoring th adopt on of. A mendment No.3 on the November
ballot and futhur that we urge all citizens to vote "yes" on said
.mendent .
Cordill moved,Mclntvre seconde:i:Tnat the resolution be adopted
and ordered published in the Ault Booster and a copy be sent to
t' e C reelelr Chamber of Commerce. All present voted aye.

The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M.by Mayor VanBuskirk.
Anderson,Cord.ill,Molander,Melntvre,Petersan and Venable answered
present at roll call.
The following resolution was read:
Whereas, at an adjourned meeting of the Board of the Town of Ault
held in the Town hall in the Town of Ault on the 18th d av cf Oct.
A . D.1932,bhe following resolution was unanimously adopted: -
BE IT RESOLVED ANT ORDERED by the Town Board 07 the Town of Ault
that upon valuations of assessable property in the Town of Ault as
certified by the CounIcy Assessor for t2 -e current vear,there be and
is hereby levied fir:
Ordinary purposes
Interest
Payment of bonds
Streets & Alleys
Total
3.5 mills
4.0 mills
5.5 mills
3.5 mills
16.5 mills
Anderson. moved,Mclntyre seconded:fass the resolution as read. All
present voted aye upon roll call.
Anderson moved., Cordill seconded:To reduce the 'wades of the -Town
employees 20 except Mr.Hu��bard who shall receive 50.00 per mo.
This to take effect Dec.1.1932. all present voted aye upon roll call.
