Mayor VanBuskirk called the meeting to order at --7:30 P.M.

Regular Meeting
December 6 1932
v'Iyor VanBuskirk called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.7.
Anderrsnn, Cordill,Mclander,McIntyre,Peterson and Vene ble were present
Minutes of the regular meettnm of 7017.1 were read and approved
as read.
Chief Tinker of the Fire Dept. stated there were 750 Ft. of fire
hose,400 ft.on the first cart and 350 ft.on the second.
Cordill moved, And ereon moved: That the Board purchase 1CC ft . of
65 hose. All present voted aye upon roll call.
Anderson moved,Petereon seconded:To leave the installing of the
fire switch to the Fire & Police Comm. to investigate and act
accordinglv.Upon roll call all voted aye.
The Fire Chief also reported that the conditiobs around some
ash pits to be vary bad and asked the board if they were behind
him in cleaning this up and the board replied that he was to go
ahead. and =Pet these places cleaned up.
'fir. McIn tyre explained to the Board about the Weld County Muni
c i pa,l League, that it was for the benifit of premotting anything
t at would be -or the benift of the towns interested.He asked the
bo9rd to elect some one to represent thv ,to n. McIntyre moved,
Peterson seconded:That Mayor VanBuskirk be a pointed to represent
the Town in the Weld County League. All voted aye uponroll call.
Cordill moved,Peterson seconded:To pay the Weld County Municipal
League dues, of 6 5.00 for th J comknm ve r. all voted Ave at roll call.
The following resolution was presented:
Pe it resolved,: That the Town Board of Ault Coio. approve of the
action of the Highway protective Association in taking care of the
Tighway traf"ic and that a copy of the resolution be sent to them
at (Denver. All. voted are upon roll call.
McIntyre moved,Cordill seconded:To ar_.prove the deed to a cemetery
lot to .T.M.Myers.t'n on roll call all voted ave.
Mr. Togtmgn stated that Mr. Cline asked that three men be given
commissions at the school houses and that he asked for the mail
man carrying mail from the depot have one to.This was granted
