Resolution Approving a Contract with gWorks for the
One Price Program
WHEREAS, gWorks is offering a "One Price Program" for an annual rate of $10,875 that includes the
following cloud -based modules:
• Finance
• Utility Billing
• HR
• Operations
• Maps
• Front Desk
WHEREAS, gWorks is offering a one-time $2,000 implementation fee, and all other implementation and
onboarding fees are waived for the above -listed hubs; and,
WHEREAS, the One Price Program includes unlimited Front Desk users (as opposed to the current
purchased limit of 100) and unlimited payroll runs (as opposed to the current purchased limit of 60); and,
WHEREAS, the funding sources for this action are:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1.
The Mayor is authorized to enter into an agreement with gWorks for the One Price
Program at a one-time cost of $2,000, and an annual recurring fee of $10,875, for a total
up -front payment of $12,875.
Section 2. Staff members are authorized to pay gWorks the total sum of one-time costs and annual
recurring fees upon receipt of invoices.
