The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M.by Mayor ValaBuskirk.
The minutes of the regular meeting of January 3 were read and
approved as read.
Upon roll call the following members answered present :Anderson,
Cordill,Molander,McIntyre,Peterson and Venable.
