Resolution Accepting and Approving the City's
FY23 Annual Street Finance Report
WHEREAS, the Annual Street Finance Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, has been prepared
by Kelly Krell, City Clerk, and a correct and complete copy of the report is attached to and made part of
this Resolution; and,
WHEREAS, the Annual Street Finance Report is due by December 1, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, the State of Iowa requires Council to approve the Annual Street Finance Report by Resolution
prior to submitting it to the Iowa Department of Transportation by December 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1: The Annual Street Finance Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, is accepted and
approved.
Section 2: The Clerk is authorized to submit the Annual Street Finance Report to the Iowa
Department of Transportation as soon as possible but no later than December 1, 2023.
Passed and approved this 10th day of October 2023.
