Resolution Approving Contracts with gWorks for the
Upgrade to Cloud-Based Hubs as They Become Available
WHEREAS, the City is current subscribing to the following cloud-based gWorks hubs:
• HR hub
• Front Desk hub; and,
WHEREAS, gWorks has released or will soon release the following cloud-based gWorks hubs:
• Finance (launch anticipated late November/early December 2023/2024)
• Utility Billing (launched October 5, 2023)
• Operations (launched October 5,, 2023)
• Maps (launched October 5, 2023)
WHEREAS, the fees to purchase the released or soon released hubs individually are currently:

WHEREAS, the City wishes to upgrade to cloud-based gWorks hubs as they become available; and,
WHEREAS, the funding sources for this action are:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1. The Mayor is authorized to enter into agreements with gWorks for cloud-based hubs as
they become available at then current one-time costs and annual recurring fees.
Section 2. Staff members are authorized to pay gWorks the total sum of one-time costs and annual
recurring fees upon receipt of invoices.
Passed and approved this 10th day of October 2023.
