NOW THERE FOR IT BE RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Riverdale that: Section 1. The property listed in the attached spreadsheet is hereby declared as surplus property and is to be disposed of in the manner indicated in the spreadsheet. Section 2. A complete list of all surplus/obsolete items can be found on the City's website at www.riverdaleia.org, by selecting Documents then Surplus Sales, by email request to clerk@riverdaleia.org, or in -person at City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa 52722. The surplus property is available for purchase by the public from September 25, 2023, through September 29, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. All unsold surplus property will be available at no charge on October 2, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on a first come, first served basis. Items will be sold as priced (non-negotiable), as -is, with no warranty, and all sales are final. Purchasers are welcome to test all electronic equipment at their discretion with their own devices.
