APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES TO SERVE ON THE
MIDDLESEX COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE AND THE CARTERET
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Borough Council appoints a representative to serve on the Middlesex
County Housing and Community Development Committee every year; and
\VHEREAS, vacancies presently exist on the Community Development Board of the
Borough ofCalieret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that
ANTHONY NEIBERT

be appointed Carteret Community Development Director and be appointed to the
Middlesex County Housing and Community Development Committee for the year 2005
and that the following appointments be made to the Community Development Board of
the Borough of Carteret for the teml prescribed:
Member NELSON CABRERA

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
