A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE OLANDA STREET RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT FROM THORSON AVENUE TO CITY LIMITS
PROJECT NO. 5-5076
WHEREAS, on April 7, 1987, the City Council awarded
a construction contract to Ruiz Engineering Company of
Long Beach, California; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started. in May 1987,
and completed on March 23, 1988.
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found that i.t
was completed in accordance with plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $101,300.47.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City of L,y-nwood accept the
Olanda Street Reconstruction Project, from Thorson Avenue to
City limits, as being completed in accordance with
contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of
May , 1988.
