AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2004 -17
• AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SIZE OF DEPARTMENTS OF
CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE, INDIANA,
FIXING SALARIES FOR ThIE EMPLOYEES OF SUCH DEPARTMENTS AND
FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN OTHER APPOINTED OFFICIALS FOR THE
YEAR 2005
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
that Ordinance 2004 -17, "An Ordinance Establishing the Size of Departments of the City
Government of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, Fixing Salaries for the Employees of Such
Departments and Fixing the Salaries of Certain Other Appointed Officials for the Year 2005" is
hereby amended as follows:
SECTION FIVE: That the Cemetery Department shall consist of four (4) full -time members
and two (2) part-time members. Base pay ranges, including the maximum shall be as follows:
Superintendent
$40,400.00 +longevity
Assistant Superintendent/Mechanic
$25,000.00 $27,500.00 +longevity
Laborer
$20,500.00 S21,000.00 +longevity
Laborer
$20,500.00 $26,372.00 +longevity
Part -time (2 @ 9.36/hr., 2496 lirs. total)
S23,363.00
Gatekeeper (1)
S 1,898.00
Approximate Longevity Total
