A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO DAMON CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $34,272.00 FOR THE PAVEME;1^t
REPAIR PROJECT .5-5093
WHEREAS, the Pavement Repair project is scheduled for
construction during fiscal year 1987-88, funded by HCDA funds;
WHEREAS, On April 21, 1988 staff began to advertise for
bids for the Pavement Repair project.
WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that the
contractor has a good reputation and the necessary experience
in pavement repair; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood_
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for
project be awarded to Damon Construction

Section 2. This resolution shall
