Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl; Attorney, Richard Schieffer
1. FRED KELLER EASEMENT, M DINA MORNINGSIDE SEWER
Richard Schieffer explained the waiver of appeal that Mr. Keller has presented whereby
he waives his right to appeal assessments on his property. Also explained was the petition
for improvement the Development Contract and Resolution ordering improvements on Mr. Keller's
property.
Discussion of deleting the portion of the agreement whereby 8 sewer connections would be
provided for future use due to the fact that it was not included in the Long Lake, Orono,
Medina agreement.
Motion by Scherer, seconded by Reiser to accept petition of Fred Keller for property
improvement by the installation of trunk sewer line and extension of water service.

Motion by Reiser, seconded by Scherer to approve waiver of appeal -rights of Fred Keller.
Motion declared carried
Motion by Reiser, seconded by Scherer to authorize Mayor and Clerk to sign Development
Contract as amended.
Motion declared carried
Motion by Reiser, seconded by Scherer to adopt Resolution 81-48, ordering improvements
on unplatted land of Fred Keller.
Motion declared carried
2. HAMEL WATER TOWER PAINTING AND REPAIR
Motion by Scherer, seconded by Reiser to enter into contract with Anchor Inc. for repair
and painting of the Hamel water tower in the amount of $$17,760.00 and authorize the Mayor
and Clerk to sign said contract.
Motion declared carried
Motion by Reiser, seconded by Scherer to adjourn.
