Regular meeting June 6 1933
The meeting was called to order by Mayor VenBuekirk at 8:00 P.M.
The following members were present: rnderaon, Molander,Mcln tyre,
and Peterscn.V,eneble absent.
The minutes of the regular meeting of May?, were read and approved
as read.
Cal P'etztr.er a me before the Bead& and askedthat there an other
ditch dug on the north side of the alley behind his place. He also
esked that the ditch in front of his west lots he left as he had
dug it.This matter wee left to the S.&.4.Comeittee tc i„veetimate.

the eallse of so many trees dying: throughout town. After some diOeuesion
this matter was left to the Park Comm.to take up with some one who
would know whether the trees needed graying or not.
The question of who would be responsible if an accident happened
when anyone was hauling the hose cart.was breutht up and talked over
for some time and it was finally left to the Jud.Comm.
Then there was some discussion about the bonds which came due
in. Oct. and which the Town will net have enough money to t .k e up then.
1,s the Town had part enough money the Jud. Comm. we s asked to look
ul� some wain the remainder be financed.
McIntyre moved,Ccrdill seconded:To table the matter of admitti
the schools into the Town limits. All present voted. aye.
In the conl4unications there was a letter from the U.S.TreasureTy
Dept. asking that ti'e Mev r let them know that the li juer permits be
granted to the,present ;: ermi ttees,the same to conform with the' new
l aws. The clerk was asked to write a letter stating that it. wool d be
agreeable to the Board 1-F these premite were granted.
Mr.Cordill asked that the Boy Scouts be granted the privilege to
have a supper in. the Pump house park. Thie was granted.

Because of the low level of the Twn well the regular rreeting
was called early. The Board met at the pump house at 8:00 P.1`. and
after seeing the condition of the well they adjourned to the hall
and were called th order h* Mazror VanBuski rk.
Roll call showed the following members present: Anderson, Cordil.l,
Molander,Mcintvre and Peterson,Venable absent.
The minutes of the regular meeting of June 6 were meld and approved
as read.
r.Ccrdill said. that Atty.Kelly would not give his opinion about
the bonds which could not be taken up when dueuntil be had talked
to Mr.Petrekin.Ne also stated. that MT. welly could not crive his
opinion about the liability of the Town in case of an accident when
some one was pulling the fire carts until he had looked it up.
Dr.Anderscn Chairman of the S.& A.Corm. stated that was
satisfied with the way the street and alley had been taken care of:
The return on the test of the Town water stated that it was free
from contamination.
