APPOINTING PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
FOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS
'WHEREAS, the Affmnative Action Office, Depmiment of the Treasury, requires each
municipality to designate a person to act as a liaison and to serve as a Public Agency
Compliance Officer for Affimlative Action; and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to P.L 197C.127 (N.lA.C . 17:27) Public
Contracts Law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that

is hereby appointed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the Borough of Calieret for
2005.
Adopted this 2nd day of January, 2005
and celiified as a true copy of the original
on January 3, 2005.
