APPOINTING CLASS 3 MEMBER TO THE PLANNING
BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
\VHEREAS, there exists a need for a Class III Member of the Plamling Board; and
WHEREAS, pnrsnant to NJ.S.A. 40:55 D-23 and the Code of the Borough of Carteret,
Article 2, Section 160-5, said member is appointed by the Borough Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
RONALD G. RIOS
is hereby appointed to the Carteret Planning Board, tenn to expire 12/31/05.
