A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'PY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOU 5UBSTAI:NING 'CHE DECISION OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION llENYING A CONDI'PIONAL
USE PERMIT ALLOWING 'THE OPERATION OF' A
CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL AT 4'L 71 CARLIN AVENUE,
LYNtVOOD .
WHEREAS, an appea]. of the decision of the Planning Commission
approving Planning Commission Resolution 2158 has been filed.; and
WHEREAS, the City Counci_]. of t:he City of Lynwood, pursuant to
law, conducted a public hearing on the appeal; and
WHEREAS, the City Council had careL'u.11y considered all
pertinent testimony offered in the appeal. as presented at the
public• hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the decision of the Planning Commission
adopting Planning Commission Resolution No. 2158 is sustained.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become ei'fecti.ve
immediately upon its adoption.
