RESIDENCE DISTRICTS OF ORDINANCE 2325-1968 COMMONLY E(NOW'N AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,, INDIANA, APPROVED
,TUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, as follows:
SECTION 1, As provided in Article 22, Section .011 and Article
48 of Ordinance 2325 cor,�monl y known as Lhe Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the
following described real estate is allowed as a
Special Use to. -wit:
Expansion of present facilities for retired persons
residences to be ,located at ,2030 Chester Boulevard,
Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as
additional restrictions on said use, the following
requirements shall hereafter and at all times be
met by the owner, leasee or 9ny person, firm or
corporation using such meal estate.
(Conditions to be made following Plan Commission

SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator" of the City of Richmond
As hereby authorized and directed, upon enactment atfd
publication of this ordinance, to record and approve
the issuance of a permit for the establishment of,
the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its .passage, approval by the Mayor and
publications as by Taw required.
