AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 2515 - 1971
Section 1 - Third District - Line 4 of the Description by changing the
word "southwest" to "southeast".
Amend Section 2 to read as follows:
This Ordinance, pursuant to the Acts of 1933, Chapter 233
as amended, establishes Councilmanic Districts, as
hereinabove provided, and the nomination of candidates
and the election of members of the Common Council in
the year 1971 and each year thereafter shall be in accordance
therewith and the laws governing primary and general
elections, and to that extent, this ordinance specifically
repeals all ordinances fixing and defining the boundaries
and territories of Councilmanic Districts in conflict therewith.
