DE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of R.ictrncnd,
Indiana, at follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 22, Section .011 and Art+cle 48
of Ordinance No. 2325-1968 ccrnmonly.known as the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Richmond, Indiana the following described real
estate is allowed as a Special Use tc,-wit: Combined cLmmerciai

2001 Chester Boulevard, Richmond, Indiana,
PT SW QTR SEC 24,,-T14N, R1W, RICHMOND, WAYNE. TOWNSHIP,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA "
SECTION 2e As a cGndicion or the afc;resaid Special Use and as an
additional restriction on said use, the following requirements
shall hereafter and at all. dries be met by the owner, leasee, or
any person, firm or corporation using such real estate.

SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the Qity of Richmond, Indiana
is hereby authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication
of this ordinance, to record and -approve the issuance of a permit
for the eStabl•shment of the.use.herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage,•approval by the Mayor and publication as by
law required-..
