DISTRICTS OF ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968 COMMONLT KOWN.
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968
Of IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 22, Section .011_ and Article 48
of Ordinance No. 2325-1968 commonly knc,wn as We Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Richmond, Indiana the following described real estate
is allowed .as a Special Use to -wit: Combined multifamily residential
conpercial development project located at 2021 m 2031 Chester Blvd.,
Richmond, Indiana.
PT of the SW ORTR OF SEC 21, TOWNSHIP 14, RANGE 1 W
SECTION 2. AS a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an
additional restriction on said use, the.following requirements shall
hereafter and at ail times be met by the owner, leasee or any person,
firm or corporation using avch real estate.

SECTION 3. the Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond, Indiana
is hereby authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of
this ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a permit for
the establishment of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in -full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval by -the Mayor and publication as by law
required.
