APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PARKING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret has created a Parking
Authority to consist of five (5) commissioners who are residents of the Borough and who
shall be appointed by Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of
the Borough of Calieret that the following appointments be and are hereby made to the
Parking Authority for the year 2005:
12/31/05
12/31/06
12/31/07
12/31/08
12/31/09
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 2nd day of January, 2005
and celiified as a true copy of the original
on January 3, 2005.
