Regular meeting ('ontinued) January 2 1934
He told the Board how t r e motor would be hooked up . He also read
some correspondence about the matter. No action was taken only
the Mayor said that he thought that Mr Carl should go ahead to
look the matter and the Board gave their cone ent .

th clerk to draw warrants on the treasurer for the amounts. A11

McIntyre moved,Peterson seconded:That the clerk take care of
the 2, 500.00 and interest which is due at the Farmers National
Bank.Upon roll call voted ave upon roll. call.
Anderson moved,McIntyre seconded:To ad j ourn, Motion carried.

The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Mayor Vanfuskirk.
Anderson,Cordill,Molander,M intyre,Peterson and Venable were present
The minutes of the regular meeting of Jan.2 were read and approved
as read.
A notice df the Weld County Municipal League was read as was
a communication from the Agricultural College which asked for a
report of the pool halls and clubs .This had been taken care of
by the clerk, as had a report of bonds of the Town which had been
sent to the State Immigration Board.
The following annual report of the Town Clerk's records was read.
