APPOINTING A CONSULTING ENGINEER
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Consulting Engineer in the Borough ofCarteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Consulting Engineer, effective January I,
2005, tem1 to expire December 31, 2005.
Adopted this 2nd day of January, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the original
