Anderson, Cordi1liMolender,McIntvre,pe uerson and Venable present The minutes of the regular meeting of Feb, 6 were real and approved as read. The clerk stated that Mr.Framer of Boulder had phoned that at present there was no money to be had for putting in a sewer and if there to be anv in the futher,the town would have to make the survey first to get an estimate of the cost and t'len the government would m. e a eurve,r without cost to the tom. McIntyre moved, Cordill seconded:That the Board order an election on April 3 for the election of one Mavor and six Trustees to seare two vears. A11 voted ave. Anderson rroved,Cordill seconded:That the Board appoint C.A.Bravton, Mrs.Schoonover and Mrs.Minnis as jualges for registration andelection. Upon roll call all voted ave. All voted atr e .upon roll call. Dr. Anderson talked to the Board about appropreating money for a library bnilding.The board decided to have thechairman of the judic ary committee consult Atty. 'ellyabout putting the question on the ballot fot the Town Election. Mr, Cordill stated that there were to be four men taken from the CWA list at the end of the week. Cordill noved, Mclntvre seconded: To adjourn subject to the call of the "airor.'otion carried. Adjourned meeting March 12 1934 Mayor VanBuskirk called the TMeet-n_r to order at 7:15 P.M. Anderson,Cordill,Molander,Mclntvre,Peverson and Venable present. Cordill read the following resolution: RESOLUTION Resolved,That at the regular Town election,on April 3,1934,there shall be submitted to the qualified electors of the Town of Ault who shall have paid a property tax in the Town of Ault in the year next preceding,the question of authorizing the board of trustees to create an indebtedness for erecting a public library bMild.in . Sa.ad question shall be submitted in the following form, and on a separate ballot,to be deposited in a separate :_ballot box,to wit: Question: Shall t'e Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault be authorized to create a debt not e-ceeding fifteen hundred dollars maturing in not less than five veers,nor more than twenty years, bearing interest at not to exceed six percent per a.nnum,navable semi- a.nnuallv,for the purpose of erecting a public library building in in Ault' Cordill moved, Anderson seconded:That the Board adopt the resolution as read,Upon roll call all voted ave.
