Regular Meeting April 3 1934 1
Mavor Vanni3uskirk called the meeting to order at 10:00 '.M. after
the votes of the election had been coul;ted.
tnderson,Corc?ill,Molander,McIntvre,Petersor. and Venable present.
The minutes of the regular meeting of March 6 andadjourned meeting
of March 12 were reed and approved as read.
A conrrunication from the international Trust Co.asking for a
statement of outstandigg bonds and other debts of the To -n be sent
them wac read.This had been taken care of by the clerk,
A letter frog+ the Weld Countv Municipal League was read in which
th eSec . asked for an extra assessment of ft 15.00 be paid the League
to be applied on cost of furtbur fip'hting the light rate case TMith
the Hone Gas Co.He also stated what the League had paid out on the
case and that the Electric Co.had used about ten times the amount
for their costs.Anderscn moved,Cordill seconded:That the Board pay
15.00 additional assess,.' en t to the Weld County Municipal League
tc apply on the cost of the Electruc Co.light rate case.All voted aye.
There were three letters fron the C.W.A. telling of the men to be
taken off the work andsaYinr that the work was to close Mar. 31.
There was some discussion about the fence teat had been built
and which extended along the Rides of the street and alley on which
the new well had. been dug.It was decided to leave tie matter until
next meeting at which tine the property owners in the same block
were supposed to have a petition for opening the street and alley.

drawn on the Treasurer for the amounts. all voted aye upon rol ► call.
Mayor VanBusl>irk thakked the Board for their co*operation in
the past two years.Dr.Anderson answered for the Board,stating it
had been. a pleasure to work wi tle the Board for the last two years.
Chief Tinker of the Fire Dept. thanked the Beard for purchasing
the truck and other supplies which :were needed by the Dept.
Anderson moved, Ccrdiii seconded:The meeting be adjourned sine
die.Motion carried.

Brayton swore in the newly elected officers consisting of Mayor
VanBuski:rk ,Trustees D.E,Carl, a:.L.Cordill,Chas.Frye,August Mclw.der,
71m.Tinke:r and Olin Venable.
The clerk read the application of John R.Itooling for a beer license
Cordill moved, Tinker seconded: That the Board renew the John B. Dccling
Beer license for one year begining April 7 1934.111 voted aye.
Cordill moved, Tinker seconded: To adjourn the meeting until
March 10 to consider applications for the appointive off ices. Carried.
