draw on theTreasurer for the amounts. All voted aye.
Cordill moved,Molander seconded:To adjourn subject to the call
of the Mayor.Motion carried.
Called Meeting
July 11 1934
Mayor Van Buskirk called the meeting to order ar 8:25 P.M.
Carl, Cordill,Frye,Molander,Tinker,& Venable present.
The minutes of the regular meeting of June 5 were read and
approved as read.
The following communications were read:State Compensation Insurance
Fund,which stated the amounts that was due the fund,anctice from
Mrs.Flloit which stated she was injured by a bad walk west of the
Hotel.The Mayor and Board had a recess and went to the place where
she said ahe had been hurt on thesidewalk which was at the north
west end of the hotel but found but little defect in the walk.
It was reported that the marshal and Mayor were at the place just
sifter the accident . Chas. Moore and H, B. Smith were there about the
same time.
