AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 41 ARTICLE VII SECTION 41.39,
ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS, SCHEDULE I.
rREAS, the Board of Public Works and Safety on the 15th day of April,
DELETE 1, after considerable study did approve that the first alley south of
National Road West from the west curb line of Southwest lst Street, 160
feet west be a one-way street in a eastbound direction, and
WHEREAS, a portion of Fort Wayne Avenue is no longer a street in the City
of Richmond, Indiana, and
WHEREAS, North "A" Street from East Main Street to North 16th Street is
westbound.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 41, Article VII, Section 41.39 One -Way Streets
and Alleys, Schedule 1,`.of the Municipal Code of Richmond, Indiana be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
One -Way Streets

South 3rd Street from Main Street to South "A" Street, southbound.
2.
South 18th Street from Main Street to South "A" Street, northbound.
3.
South 20th Street from Main Street to Reeveston Road, southbound.
4.
9th Street from South "N" Street to North "C" Street, northbound.

8th Street from North "C" Street to South "N" Street, southbound.

South "A" Street from South 3r4 Street to South 18th Street,
