AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO� 2325 1968 COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
ADOPTED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Cc;mon Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, as follows:
SECTION 1� WHEREAS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance
No. 2325-1968 designate-4 and describes as C-2 Community Business
District and R-4 Multi --Family Residence, the following described
property located at 122 South 10th Street, in the City of Richmond,
Indiana, tc.-wit:
Lot 69, bickel and Laws addition to the City of Richmond,
Indiana.
SECTION 20 WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to
change the zoning classification of the above described a, -ea
from R =4 to C-2 ,
SECTION 3m WHEREAS, a study of this Ordinance was conducted
by the Richmond City Plan Commission on theday off

SECTION 4. WHEREAS, the vote of the Richmond City Plan Commis-
sion was 01 to A0 in(favor off recom-,
mending e a option"o r =ance No. 2529-1971
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 5= It is hereby ordained that the zoning classification
of the above described property be, and the same is hereby
changed to Community Business Distract and that said property
be regulated in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, and all amendments thereto
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full for-e and effect
from and after its passage and publ icat ic,n as by law i-equl re&
SECTION 7. The original zoning classification of the'afore
mentioned areas is hereby rescinded and the zoning classification
of this area will be in accordance with Section 2 of this Ordinance.
