Cordill m ved,Frve seconded:That the bills be allowed and warrants
drawn onthe Treasurer for the amounts, A11 voted aye.
The Mayor stated that he and Mr.McIntyre went to the Weld nautpy
Municipal Laague in Auust and that it aws stated there that the
Home Gas & Electric wanted to take the 12.97 from the light bill
differently than was intended by the Utilities Comm.
Cordill moved,Carl seconded:To adjourn subject to the call of
the Mayor. Motion Carried.

Regular meeting
October 8 1934
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p. M.by Mayor Van Buskirk.
Carl,Cordill,Molander,Tinker & Venable present.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Sept.5 were read and
ar+provecl as read.
It was decide,' that the time of collecting' water bills was to he
extended until the 20th of October if the usere would promise to
pal at that time.
The State Board of Health had made a return on the sample of
water sent him that it was free from contamination.
The clerk was instructed to write the First National Bank of
Denver and get their consent to use a lar7e hole on their place fo r
a damp ground.Their agent being R.J.Tavalec.
