AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
ADOPTED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, as follows:°
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the Zoning Map which is apart of Ordinance'
No. 2325-1968 designates and describes as CA General Business
District and R-2 Single Family Residence, the following described
property located at 641 Indiana Avenue,= in the City of.Richmond,
Indiana, more particularly described to -wit:
A part of the North east quarter of Section 31, Township 14,
Range 1 West, bounded as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a
point in the quarter Section line 112.86 rods, west of the south
east corner of said quarter and 20 rods east of the south west
corner of the real estate of wm. Thist'lewaite in said quarter
thence north 2 degrees 43 minutes west 40 rod,s, thence east 20
rods; thence south 2'degrees 43 minutes west 40 rods to the quarter
Section line; thence west 20 rods to the place of beginning,
containing 5'`acres more or less, and subject to the right of the.
Railroad Company running with the Railroad on the south side:af
the above described :land; this 5 acre; tract intended to be hereby
encumbered to be sv lecated as to leave a di's.tance of 20 rods
