The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor VanBuskirk.
eS, 1,Cordill,Molander,Vnnable,Frye,& Tinker Present.Carl absent.
The Mayor stated that the meeting was called to make an aggeement
with the Federal and County relief to take care of some of the water
acctbunts.
After some discussion and explanation from Mr. Fulmer and Mr,Beers
Federal and County relief ben, Cordill moved, Tinker seconded: That the
Town furnish water to the regular county cases and the others on
relief were to be turned over to the relief who would decide if they
could take care o f them. All voted aye.
Cordill moved,Molander seconded:To adjourn subject to the call
of the Mayor.liotion aarried.
Regular meeting
November 7 1934
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:20 P.M.
C trI ,Cordi1i,Molander,Frye,Tinker and Venable present.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Oct.8 and called meeting
of Oct.16 were read and approved as read.
Communication from a bond company in Colorado Springs wanting
to know if the Town wanted to refund the Park Bonds which come due
in May 1935 was read. T1e clerk was instructed to write and ask about
the terms.
Aletter from Srs.La.wson of Longmont asked if the Town had some
12 in. well casing of hers .This had been turned over to C . D, Kelly
to eell.Thie was under instructions from the woman's son,Albert.
The American -La France Co. sent some prices on truck sirens but
the clerk was instructed to purchase a siren from Darley & Co.
Cordill moved ,Venable seconded to adopt the following tax levy:
General Purposes
Interest
Payment of bonds
S.& A.
Total
The assessed valuation is A 292,710.
Upon roll call all voted aye.
