CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, AUGUST 17, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of Mayor Carrie Tergin, President Pro-Temp Carlos Graham called the August
17, 2020 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:46 P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Lester, Schreiber, Vogt,
and Ward
Absent: Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Hensley will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- The Historic Preservation Commission will present the Gregory Stockard Award to
Jayme Abbott.
Consent Agenda Items
- There were no questions on the consent agenda items.

Mayor Carrie Tergin arrived at 5:50 P.M.
- City Staff provided a summary of their introduced bills.
Pending Bills
- City Staff provided a summary of their pending bills.
- Councilmember Hensley intends to place bill 2020-013 related to the FY2021 budget
on the informal calendar.

- City Staff provided a summary of their resolutions.
