AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPER-
TIES AND THE ADOPTION OF ADi AMENDED SECTION OF
THE ZONING MAP ~JrIICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
N0. ~k22.
The City Council of the City of Lynvrood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 422, is hereby amended by
reclassifying that property described as follows:
Lots 15, 16, 36 and 37 of Tract 9862,
presently zoned R-1 to R-3
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part "3E" of the
zoning map of the City of Lyntaood_, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 422 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 1 tfi day of May 1951, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 6th day of June 1951, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bruner Daettti*eiler, Sneddon
and Willard.
NOES: Councilmen //None.
ABSENT: Councilmen `~tr~h.
