AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE Or^ RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROFER-
TIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AIQ AMENDED SECTIOIQ OF
THE ZONING MAF WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
N0. 422,.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No, 422 is hereby amended by
reclassifying that property described as follows;
Lots 21 and 22, .Block 6, Mod,jeaka Park,
presently zoned R-3 to P-l.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part °2B" of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 42,2 and which amendatory part is apart hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the .15th day of RgaY 1951, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 6th day of June 1951, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bruner, Daetweiler, Sneddon
and Willard.
NOE5: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen Stroh.
